Because in the last few days I have received a lot of requests to convert Photoshop templates into HTML, I have compiled this list, which I think it will help you a lot.
Basically there are 3 ways to convert your psd templates in HTML.
Automatic tools.
Usually this are far more easier because you don't need to lose your time to hand write the HTML/CSS code. With this tools all you have to do is to slice up your psd's and then to wait the software to finish the dirty job. Below I have listed some automated tools that it will help you to make the conversation far more easier:
01. SiteGrinder This one is an automation plug-in for Photoshop which will help you to convert your psd designs into html. You will need to have almost no knowledge of CSS or HTML but instated you'll need to know to work a little bit with Photoshop. What's more beautiful is that this software has the capability to create a really nice code - clean and semantic.
02. Psd2Cssonline - Well Psd2Cssonline is an online automation tool that it will convert your psd to HTML. But that's not all. On their website it's stated that their tool can convert an psd to joomla templates and even drupal themes! I didn't try out their services yet, but they are looks promising. You should give them a try!
03. Artisteer - Well this one it will not help you to convert your psd to HTML but instated it will create for you a completely functional HTML website, joomla templates, drupal themes, blogger templates etc. Later with your psd you can change the graphics.
